We are looking for a motivated individual to join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to efficiently manage store operations and lead a team effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement company strategies and uphold core values.
• Manage store signage and product quality.
• Recruit, train, and schedule store personnel.
• Establish job expectations and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure budget compliance and monitor competitive factors.
• Maintain a safe store environment and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of management principles.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
