We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead our team in maintaining cleanliness and high standards in guest rooms and public areas at Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway. The ideal candidate will oversee housekeeping personnel, ensure timely completion of tasks, and resolve any housekeeping-related issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Create daily assignments and schedules for housekeeping staff.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of Room Inspectors, Room Attendants, Houseman, Laundry, and Night Houseman.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and test new products for the department.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms and storage areas.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures.
• Ability to conduct detailed room inspections and maintain a cohesive team.
• High school diploma required, with at least 3 years of hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English language skills for effective communication with team members and guests.
