Infection Control Nurse -- LPN/LVN

Genesis Healthcare is seeking an Infection Control Nurse with LPN/LVN qualifications to join our clinical team. As an Infection Preventionist under the RN's guidance, you will manage the Infection Prevention and Control Program for one or multiple centers, serving as a practitioner, resource, educator, and facilitator for staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Infection Prevention-Control Activities and Outbreak Management.
• Lead Employee Health and Outcome-Process Surveillance.
• Identify, investigate, analyze, and report infections.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with LPN/LVN licensure.
• Specialized training in infection prevention and control.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience, with two years in long-term care nursing.
• Flexible schedule for evening and night shifts.
