Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Montgomeryville Center team at Genesis HealthCare. As an LPN with us, you will change the lives of patients and residents daily, establishing meaningful connections with them and their families. In this role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate changes.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
