Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis HealthCare. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and residents. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and ensure positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents.
• Conduct patient assessments and report any changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
