Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, supervise unlicensed staff, and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per orders.
• Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
