We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Montgomeryville Center, part of Genesis HealthCare. Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Supervise and support unlicensed staff in patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
