Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of an RN to provide efficient nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and maintain patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
