Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN with Genesis Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient nursing care and monitor patient conditions.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
