Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of patients and residents daily and establish meaningful connections with them and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes through efficient nursing care and positive clinical results.

Position Highlights

• Provide effective nursing care to patients, monitor their condition, and report any changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Supervise and oversee patient care by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending state licensure as an LPN.
• Desirable experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
