Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Applewood Center. The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care. This role requires availability for 3am-3pm and 7am-3pm shifts, including weekends.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
