New Western, a leading real estate investment company, is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. We are looking for a competitive, resilient, and driven individual with at least 2 years of experience in or around the residential real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Acquire off-market and on-market properties to add to our inventory.
• Analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Negotiate deals with buyers and sellers.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to access leads.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.

• Ability to work independently on a commission basis.
