Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to manage store operations efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies.

$27.50 per hour

Estimated Earning Potential (Year 1)

Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervising team performance and customer service standards.
• Implementing company strategy and core values.
• Handling customer concerns and maintaining store presentation.
• Conducting hiring and managing schedules.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret policies and drive performance
• Prior retail and management experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years retail experience
• Prior management experience desired
