Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources to ensure safe and efficient freight operations.
• Maintain load plans and balance loads for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor worker performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Support department goals through teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center, transportation, or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques and regulations.
