Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As part of one of the largest LTL carriers in the country, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the timely, safe, and efficient loading and unloading of freight on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading operations.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and uphold company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with experience in transportation or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
