Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO. As a member of our dynamic organization, you will play a key role in overseeing the loading/unloading operations to ensure timely, safe, and efficient freight handling.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading activities.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment and handle hazardous materials appropriately.
• Support department goals and cultivate a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center, transportation, or related fields, with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
