Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Registered Nurse to join our team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and/or adult patients in the home health setting. You will work closely with families, doctors, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
• Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Build positive and compassionate relationships with patients and families.
• Must be able to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Previous experience in home health or long-term care is a plus.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is preferred.
• Ability to attend a two-week orientation in Camden office.
