Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a member of our float nursing pool, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule based on availability. This position offers the opportunity to work at various skilled nursing centers within a specific geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care.
• Achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Provide direct patient care.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
