Job Description

Join our float nursing pool as a Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN and create a flexible schedule tailored to your availability. This position offers opportunities at various skilled nursing centers in the region, enabling you to work a minimum of two shifts per week, including weekends or full-time hours based on open shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, and direct patient care.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Proficient in English to ensure patient safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
