Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident - $30+ per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. As a Nurse Resident, you will provide basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with specialized tasks and procedures to meet the physical, psychosocial, safety, and security needs of patients. This role offers the opportunity to work with our Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team, fostering a supportive environment for those in need of care.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal patient care tasks, including grooming and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with patient safety measures and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct basic diagnostic testing and document results accurately.
• Support in patient admission and discharge processes.
• Participate in selected sterile procedures and treatments under supervision.

Requirements

• Graduate or eligible for graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient well-being and safety.
