Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - $32-58 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics to join our team at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $32 to $58 per hour for a 39-hour work week during night shifts. As a member of our pediatric hematology/oncology & bone marrow transplant unit at Levine Children's Hospital, you will be part of a dynamic team providing specialized care to pediatric patients, including young adults, in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support daily operations in coordination with the manager.
• Supervise nursing personnel, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and promote effective communication.
• Participate in rounds, delegate care tasks, and assess patient progress and staffing needs.
• Assist with treatments, therapies, and medication administration while maintaining clinical competency.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an active RN license.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably with previous management experience.
• BSN required, enrollment in BSN program for non-BSN RNs within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification required, additional professional certification within 1 year.
