Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the nursing team, patients, and families.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation.
• Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and across shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN licensure.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience with two years in long-term care nursing.
• Prior experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
