Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
