Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Lead to join our team at Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our quick-service restaurant. Your responsibilities will include maintaining kitchen efficiency, overseeing prep levels, managing ticket times, delegating tasks, ensuring food quality, and upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign positions according to the positioning chart.
• Manage the pace of the kitchen to optimize ticket times.
• Monitor and maintain necessary prep levels to prevent shortages.
• Delegate prep and cleaning duties as necessary.
• Ensure proper plating and presentation of food.
• Oversee break schedules for staff.
• Support Shift Lead/General Manager to boost team morale.
• Enforce safety protocols and standards.
• Complete all checklists and prep lists.
