Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to successfully manage a store. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Starting Wage

$27.50 per hour

Earning Potential Year 1

Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonuses, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver superior customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and customer concerns.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and training store personnel.
• Ensure store budget compliance, product merchandising, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18, team player with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and apply management principles.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 years retail experience, management experience a plus.
