Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of managing a store effectively. You will supervise daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, manage staffing, develop operational plans, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Manage store signage, product quality, and customer concerns.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, and training of store personnel.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility for travel within divisional requirements.
