Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, ensuring that customer needs are met and the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, handle cashier duties, and keep the store organized and clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
