Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, work collaboratively with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Ability to meet physical demands and interpret company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Effective multitasking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
