Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming shopping environment and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
