Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, assist customers with their shopping needs, and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at Aldi.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skills to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
