Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role is vital in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and collaboration with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
