Job Description

Join our team as a Store Team Member at Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to meet physical demands and handle alcoholic beverages if required by state and local laws.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
