Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
