Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Follow cash handling procedures to prevent losses
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to uphold cleanliness standards
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Aptitude for working independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is a plus
