Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Aldi, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the nation. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing and administering supply chain programs to secure products economically, maximize sales, and control expenses. This position requires expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM), Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain positive relationships.
• Support the implementation of team strategies.
• Recommend process improvements and prioritize tasks.
• Analyze work processes to drive efficiency, service levels, and cost reduction.
• Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools for insights and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical solutions.
• Create and automate reports and dashboards for information dissemination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive business experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, R, SQL, or Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
