1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates for 1st Shift positions at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with the warehouse team and leadership to improve processes and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and load/unload shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered equipment.
• Perform various physical tasks in warehouse conditions (temperature variations).
