1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place product up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
