1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency in executing tasks.
• Drive for success and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and handle merchandise.
