Position: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders
• Relocates merchandise according to product handling guidelines
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment
• Cleans warehouse and participates in inventory counts
• Communicates effectively with peers, suppliers, and management
• Provides input to improve warehouse processes
• Inspects products for quality and safety
• Acts independently within the assigned responsibilities
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals
• Performs tasks accurately and efficiently

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Frequent movement and operation of powered industrial equipment
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding tasks
