Job Description
We are looking for diligent individuals to join our warehouse operations as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level associates at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring that merchandise is properly handled, stored, and prepared for delivery to our stores. Our teams work in ambient and temperature-controlled environments, and we provide thorough training and safety programs to support your success.

- Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety and assist in achieving budget goals.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company guidelines.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, and work in varying temperatures.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
