1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing, loading, and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with warehouse leadership and peers. This role requires physical dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
