1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on the shift. As a Package Handler, you will play a vital role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect and report product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
