1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The role requires collaboration with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve set goals. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Adherence to safety guidelines.
