1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Our warehouse stockers play a crucial role in efficiently selecting, organizing, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders and maintain warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
