Warehouse Stocker Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Operating in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Organized, efficient, and adaptable to achieve success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and good verbal/written communication.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
