1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi. This role involves receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise in the warehouse. The position requires performing general cleaning duties, participating in inventory counts, and ensuring product quality and safety. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product for quality and safety concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to operate powered industrial equipment.
