1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and carry items throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
