1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our expanding warehouse operations at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Our team members play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise to prepare for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic and collaboration with the team.
• Possess a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute with efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment.
