1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule. The role involves various schedules (A1, A2, B, C, D) with specific working days and off days. As a Warehouse Team Member, your responsibilities include selecting and receiving stock, organizing and loading merchandise, performing general cleaning duties, participating in warehouse inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude and resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, walk, and work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
