Job Description

We are seeking a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's overall productivity.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
